Garland Munger
Contemporary Music Director

Garland Munger is the Contemporary Music Director for the Church of the Redeemer and oversees the music for the unique contemporary worship service held every Saturday at 5:30 pm. That service combines our traditional Holy Eucharist (Rite II) with contemporary praise music. Usually once a month, a potluck supper follows this Saturday night service and is held in the adjoining Gillespie Hall.

He and his wife, Shari, a staff accompanist for the Riverview High School choral program, live in Sarasota, and both are members of the community vocal ensemble, The Florida Voices.
