Intelligent Design and Inquirer’s classes offered at Redeemer
Redeemer is offering two adult education offerings for the community.
“Inquirers’ Class” begins Tuesday, 25 September, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., and is an eight-week presentation about the uniqueness of the Episcopal Church. Liturgy, history, rule of life and other important aspects of living life as a Christian in the Anglican tradition are topics covered in the class, which is taught by Redeemer’s Rector, the Rev. Fredrick A. Robinson. To register for the Inquirers’ Class, click here.
“Intelligent Design II” is offered on Thursdays beginning 27 September, and begins with an introductory lecture reviewing current evidence. Classes include video screenings and lively discussion on topics including “Icons on Evolution” and “Darwin’s Dilemma.” Taught by Redeemer parishioner Dr. Charles Axton, this six-week course is offered at two times — mornings at 10:30 and evenings at 6:30.
