Directions and Map
From I-75, take the Fruitville Road exit. Go west on Fruitville Road about 6 miles until it ends at the junction with US 41. Turn left on US 41. After 1/4 mile, turn left on Ringling Blvd. Take the first left on to South Palm Avenue. At the first stop sign, turn left on to McAnsh. At the stop sign, turn left. This brings you to a circle with parking spaces in front of the church.
The Church of the Redeemer is pleased to offer plenty of free Sunday parking (during service hours) at the M&I Bank Garage located on McAnsh Place just across from the church. When you visit our church, you’ll find plenty of “Redeemer Church Parking” signs that direct you to the garage parking, but you’ll spot it easily at the intersection of Palm Avenue and McAnsh Place (see “directions” above).
There is generally plenty of parking on the streets surrounding the church – including Palm Avenue, McAnsh Place, and Gulfstream Avenue. Just be sure to park in designated parking spaces only and of course, avoid no-parking zones such as intersections, driveways, and areas without specific parking lines.
We always encourage our physically able parishioners to park slightly further away from the church to allow ample parking in areas that do not involve crossing streets or lengthy walks for parishioners who may have trouble walking or parents with very young children. Additionally, the Redeemer staff parking lot is reserved on Sundays for use by handicapped parishioners and visitors to our church. We do not require a handicap permit to use this lot, but we do ask that folks seeking parking close to the church leave this space for those truly in need.
