Adelaide Boedecker Griffin received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Florida and her Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music, before embarking on a distinguished career in classical music.

She continues to work as a soprano with opera houses, symphonies, and musical organizations around the country. Adelaide has sung with the Metropolitan Opera, Santa Fe Opera, Atlanta Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, Merola Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Columbus, and Sarasota Opera, to name a few. She has been featured as the soprano soloist with the Atlanta Symphony, Carnegie Hall, Wichita Symphony, Performance Santa Fe, Naples Philharmonic, Choral Artists, and Key Chorale, amongst others. She is a named soloist on the Grammy Award-winning album The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs, from her time working with the Santa Fe Opera.

Adelaide has a passion for helping to guide the next generation of singers, and now back in Sarasota with her husband and family, she is delighted to serve as the Redeemer Choir School Director.
