Thrift Store Located in Downtown Sarasota FL

The Church of the Redeemer Episcopal Thrift House (ETH) is operated by the Women’s Outreach Ministry of the Church of the Redeemer. Our thrift store is staffed and managed by a team of volunteers, mostly from the parish, but also includes a contingent of caring community volunteers, who donate their time and energy to benefit Sarasota’s needy. Jim Nichols and Cathie Meyer are co-managers.
Please contact Cathie Meyer to volunteer, cathiedmeyer@gmail.com.

What We do at the Thrift Store

Items for sale at the Thrift House include costume jewelry, books, artwork, furniture, lamps, china, housewares, and men’s and women’s clothing. Nearly all of the items found at the store have been donated by Redeemer parishioners, with additional items coming from store volunteers and family and friends throughout the community.

All profits made from sales at the Episcopal Thrift House go directly to those in need.

We welcome donations of gently used items from the Sarasota community. Due to the limited space of the thrift store, please call us at 941-365-1519 before bringing your donations to the store. Thank you!
