Born and raised in Sarasota, The Rev. D. Andrew Yow serves as Redeemer’s curate, sharing with the parish clergy in all aspects of parochial life, with particular focus in overseeing Redeemer’s rich liturgical life.

Fr. Andrew was ordained a Deacon at the Cathedral Church of St. Peter, St. Petersburg, in December 2024, and he was ordained to the priesthood at Redeemer in June 2025. He earned his Masters of Divinity cum laude from Nashotah House Theological Seminary in 2025, after earning his Bachelor of Arts in organ performance cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2022. At Sewanee, Fr. Andrew met his wife, Kate, a local biology teacher, and the two were married in the summer of 2024. Fr. Andrew found his passion for music and the Church’s liturgical life as a choirboy at St. Thomas Fifth Avenue, New York, where the Choir of Men and Boys sang evensong four evenings each week in addition to the Sunday Eucharist.

Fr. Andrew loves playing the organ, cooking, and traveling. He lives in Sarasota with his wife, Kate, and their two cats, Buttercup and Sweet Pea.
