Learn more about Redeemer Neighborhood Groups

Exciting news! We’re forming groups of 12 parishioners each that will get together twice a month at parishioners’ homes for fellowship, appetizers, and a brief devotional time.

Redeemer Neighborhood Groups will give parishioners the opportunity to meet new people, build deeper connections, strengthen their faith, and grow the kingdom of God. We invite all adult parishioners to participate in a Neighborhood Group. The gatherings will start in June. The summer groups will run throughout June, July, and August and meet six times total over the summer.

There are three ways to participate:

1) Sign up to be a host of a Neighborhood Group.
or
2) Sign up to be a facilitator of a Neighborhood Group.
or
3) Sign up to be a participant of a Neighborhood Group.

Hosts will open up their home for these gatherings and provide appetizers and beverages or ask people to bring items, potluck-style. Click here to read the host guidelines.

Facilitators will communicate with the group, sharing updates and reminders, and lead the devotional and discussion time at each gathering. We will supply the materials for the devotional and discussion time. Click here to read the facilitator guidelines.

Participants will attend gatherings twice a month at their host’s home.

To volunteer to be a host or facilitator, please email Anne Ayres at AAyres@RedeemerSarasota.org.

Sign-up sheets to become a participant in a Neighborhood Group will be available on Saturday, April 29, and Sunday, April 30.
